PART TIME FLEXIBLE HOURS


WORK HOURS BETWEEN 9AM TO 5PM


ONSITE


Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the HR team to assist in general administrative tasks related to employee benefits and compensation

• Actively follow up with employees regarding their leave status and communicate with managers about leave approvals and end dates

• Verify and track employee return from leaves by reviewing time cards and communicating with managers

• Assist in reviewing and ensuring the accurate addition of deductions for employees

• Support the HR team in reviewing and processing Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for new hires, promotions, demotions, and transfers to ensure correct accrual policies are applied

• Utilize an accrual calculator to calculate new accrual rates, adjust accruals retroactively, and make necessary corrections

• Assist in analyzing the accrual usage report and check registers during payroll, identifying and flagging discrepancies for confirmation

• Communicate with managers to inform them about negative accrual balances for employees and the expected impact

• Demonstrated proficiency in Benefits Administration

• Experience in Benefits Coordination

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to interpret and advise on the application of benefits-related regulations and policies

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
