Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate in our picker/packer role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by accurately selecting and packing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Monday – Friday work schedule
Work life balance – off by 5PM daily
$16 per hour with possible increase once hired perm
Temp to Hire Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize RF scanners to pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
Ensure the correct items are selected based on order specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while performing tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking and packing within a warehouse setting preferred.
Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
