What You’ll Do
As a key part of our engineering team, you will:

  • Solve Challenges: Troubleshoot and assist in the repair of manufacturing floor equipment to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

  • Engineer Excellence: Design and implement equipment improvements that boost productivity and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Support the Experts: Provide hands-on technical support to skilled trades teams, helping them tackle equipment maintenance and repair issues.

  • Optimize Operations: Plan the sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment, ensuring maximum performance and precision.

  • Drive Impact: Adapt machine designs to meet production needs, improving both process and product quality.

Pay Details: 42.24 per hour

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
