We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Content Creator in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role involves creating, updating and managing content on our website and intranet, as well as organizing and renaming images. This position is integral to promoting our brand and enhancing our online presence.

Onsite contract local to Minnetonka

40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging content for our website and intranet, including text and images

• Use Content Management System (CMS) to manage and update website and intranet content

• Utilize cloud technologies for efficient content management and storage

• Use CRM and Database systems to maintain accurate records of content created and updated

• Implement blogging and brand awareness strategies to promote our properties

• Use analytics to track the performance of content and make improvements as necessary

• Organize and rename portrait images to ensure easy retrieval and use

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote our properties

• Use Assertion Markup Language to structure content on our website and intranet.

• Expertise in Content Management System (CMS)

• Knowledge and experience with CRM and Database management

• Ability to create effective Advertisements

• Advanced Analytics skills

• Experience in Blogging for brand promotion

• Proven ability to increase Brand Awareness
