We are in need of a virtual Special Education Teachers to work with in our high school for the 2024/2025 school year. This position is onsite for 37.5 hours a week Monday thru Friday within our district, based out of Poulsbo, Washington. With the fall semester underway, the director is scheduling virtual interviews now to aim to hire promptly

Start: ASAP
End Date: June 17, 2025

Caseload: High School caseload (27 Students in resource room)

Competitive Pay Rate starting at $35/hr

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in special education or related field
  • Valid Washington Special Education Teaching License
  • Must have all SPED credentials for State & relevant endorsements.
  • Laws of Special Education laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to tailor instructions to meet diverse learning speeds
