Job Description

This role is responsible for scanning raw materials into production and returning raw materials back to the warehouse using a scanner. Additionally, the position involves maintaining the accuracy of our Work-In-Progress (WIP) items in D365 (ERP).

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks that support production control and ensure accuracy of work orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure that transactions are done accurately and timely in the ERP system.
• Assist production coordinators with solving discrepancies in work orders.
• Move WIP items from virtual locations to the corresponding packaging lines in D365 (ERP) using a scanner.
• Transact returns of packaging materials back to the warehouse using a scanner.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory and production processes.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Requires a high school diploma at a minimum.
• 1-3 years of related experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in using scanners for inventory and production tasks.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically D365.

Work Environment

The role occasionally requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with equipment if necessary. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25
