Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location:Naugatuck, CT
Job Type: Permanent (Potential for Contract-to-Perm)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting in Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while enjoying a low-stress work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and intervention for a caseload of 79 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavior and learning outes.
  • Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Maintain pliance with all state regulations and school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold Connecticut licensure as a BCBA.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.
