  • The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing maintenance operations for a business or organization, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Maintenance Management:

  • Understanding of maintenance programs (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance) to include a general understanding of the equipment which will be maintained.

  • Understanding of the Maintenance request process as well as tracking completion of follow up assignments.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for responsible department.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate training sessions for responsible department.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for responsible department.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Coordinate the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Focused improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Management, Training and Education, Safety, Environment, and Health (SHE), Administrative TPM.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and updated Maintenance records of the department.

  • Document and monitoring the Maintenance System any request, support to follow up and keep the system updated.

Training and Development:

  • Identify Maintenance training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for department staff.

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Inform the Maintenance Manager of any Maintenance planned or unplanned schedule and follow up the completion.

  • Facilitate effective communication between maintenance teams and other departments, such as production, quality assurance, maintenance, scheduling, security, safety and any others.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve production issues.

  • Maintain open and constant communication about all department matters with the direct manager.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Coordinate with the maintenance team the optimal stock of spare parts to reduce downtime.

Maintenance Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 5:00AM to 2:00PM

  • Monday - Friday

Meintenance Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Maintenance experience preferred

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US
