Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Situated in the Non-Profit sector, this role is a short term contract employment opportunity that involves managing invoices, coordinating check runs, and assisting with miscellaneous projects.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out invoice processing tasks efficiently
• Manage the check run process in a timely manner
• Provide assistance in executing special projects as needed
• Utilize Accounts Payable (AP) skills to maintain financial accuracy
• Employ Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions.• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a non-profit organization.
• Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP).
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Commitment to the values and mission of a non-profit organization.
