Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our client’s invoicing and collections processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
 
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Post and allocate payments received from clients to their respective accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts receivable processes and collections efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
