Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Service Technician to join our team specializing in irrigation and sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to sprinkler systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems.
Troubleshoot system malfunctions, including leaks, pressure problems, and electrical issues.
Conduct system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Provide customers with timely recommendations for system upgrades or maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor hours.
Proven track record of dependable performance, showing up on time and delivering consistent, quality work without supervision.
Reliable and responsible, able to meet deadlines, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities with minimal oversight.
Educate customers on system usage, troubleshooting, and proper maintenance techniques.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Technicians at Andys earn on average 50K-75K per year once completed with training
Requirements
Knowledge of sprinkler systems is a bonus but NOT required, we will train you, the Andys way
- Ideally 2 years of experience in general construction, maintenance, or troubleshooting, with a focus on various systems and equipment.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a focus on safety and productivity in construction or maintenance tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Experience working with a variety of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to work in different environments, from construction sites to facility maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in maintenance or construction is a plus
