Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a FP&A Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established mortgage company located in Anaheim. Position will be working onsite. 

$105,000 to $120,000 based on experience and qualifications 

Key Duties for the FP&A Analyst:
  • Position will be responsible for playing a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the organization
  • Will be responsible for working closely with treasury regarding the liquidity management optimization and cash flow
  • Working closely with accounting regarding the monthly close process, monthly reporting  and monthly analysis
  • Responsible for developing new KPI's, and key risk indicators
  • Work on automation projects, M&A projects and evaluation of market trends
  • Excel modeling, data mining, running queries and research
Key Requirements for the FP&A Analyst:
  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • 4-6 years of hands on experience in finance
  • CFA or on track to earn CFA is preferred 
  • Strong financial modeling and data mining experience
  • Experience in mortgage or financial service industry
  • Strong treasury/accounting/finance background
  • Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
  • Advanced Excel (vlookup/pivot tables/queries/modeling)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
