Estimator (Quoting Engineer) – Take Your Engineering Expertise to New Heights


Hybrid Role – Lake Mills, WI (3 days a week in-office)

What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a machine shop or manufacturing setting
  • Precision: 2+ years in part estimation (strongly preferred)
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with engineering drawings, GD&T, and tooling practices
  • Organized Mindset: Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Education: Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Driver’s License: A must-have for this role
