Position: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $55 - $60

We are currently looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and work with students in the K-12 school system.

Position Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide speech and language evaluations, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with the educational team to support student communication needs. This position requires a licensed professional with a passion for improving student communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speech & Language Assessments: Evaluate students communication needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Therapy Delivery: Provide direct speech therapy services to students, including language interventions and social communication strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and school administrators to implement therapy strategies in the classroom.
  • IEP Contributions: Participate in IEP meetings, offering speech and language recommendations for students.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all therapy sessions and student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA CCC certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in educational settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
