Overview:
We are actively hiring a dedicated SLPto deliver individualized therapy servicesto students facing speech and language challenges. This is your chance to be a part of a collaborative team focused on student success, growth, and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluationsto identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators and special education teams to create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions tailored to student goals
- Monitor and document student progressregularly to ensure measurable improvements
- Use evidence-based strategies to diagnose and treat speech disorderseffectively

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathologyor Communication Sciences and Disorders
- CCC-SLP certification(or CFY) in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
