Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Quakertown, Pennsylvania in search of a dedicated Paraprofessionals to join their team for the ongoing school year

Paraprofessional Job Description:

  • Full time school age position
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Provide instructional support and assistance to students under the direction of the classroom teacher, reinforcing concepts, and facilitating learning activities.
  • Assist students with special needs in accessing the curriculum, implementing accommodations and modifications as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student engagement, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized learning strategies, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student performance and behavior.
  • All paraprofessionals must have at least have an associates degree &1 year of Special Education school's experience

Pay & Benefits:

  • Compensation for this position is:$23 / hour
  • Comprehensive Insurance and Benefits -> Medical, Dental, & Vision
  • W-2 classification w/Weekly Pay
  • Matching 401(k)

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
  • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
