Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in setup and operation of Horizontal Kitamura and Puma machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and ensure precise tolerances in a clean and organized industrial environment.

Shift: 5 AM to 3:30 Mon-Thurs, OT at times on Fri

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate Horizontal Kitamura and Puma machines
• Perform setups, edits, tool changes, and tool touch-offs
• Produce parts for short runs, typically between 25-150 parts
• Maintain tolerances within +- 0.005
• Read and interpret blueprints

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of CNC setup experience
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
• Strong machining experience
