We are hiring a CFO to join our client's team in North Central Indiana. As a CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our manufacturing business. You will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.

• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.

• Supporting month-end and year-end close process.

• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

• Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• Additional duties as necessary.

• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
• Proficiency in 3M and Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with Business Systems and CRM is expected.
• Expertise in Accounting Functions, Auditing, and Budget Processes is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience in Capital Management is required.
• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis, Acumatica, and Monthly Financial Reporting is a must.
• Experience in Budgeting - Forecasting and Strategic Planning is expected.
• Familiarity with Month-end Close Activities is necessary.
• Candidate must have a strong background in Cash Flow Management, Cash Flow Statements, Cash Management, and Cash Forecasting.
• Understanding of US GAAP is required.
