Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer applications, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date.
• Manage and maintain the company's record system, with a focus on organization and accessibility.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Utilize MS Word and MS Outlook to create, manage, and update customer records.
• Work within a court setting, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform data-entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of small claims court procedures in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.• Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word is required
• Knowledge of municipal courts and small claims courts is essential
• Ability to file and retrieve documents accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is desirable
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
