Position: Bilingual Administrative & HR Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide data entry and bookkeeping support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for recruiting and hiring
  • Maintain all personnel files
  • Coordinate with management, accounting, and field operations
  • Follow up on quotes and provide estimates to customers
  • Take on miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of previous office experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for high-quality execution
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
