Position: Bilingual Administrative & HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Schedule appointments
- Provide data entry and bookkeeping support
- Serve as the first point of contact for recruiting and hiring
- Maintain all personnel files
- Coordinate with management, accounting, and field operations
- Follow up on quotes and provide estimates to customers
- Take on miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 years of previous office experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for high-quality execution
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Strong attention to detail
