LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our client’s team in Houston, Texas.

 

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Client Industry: Environmental Services

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in-office), Houston, TX 77002

Duration: Contract (5 months) till July 2025

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $45/hr - $55/hr

Job Summary:
This role involves developing, monitoring, and implementing moderately complex tactical and strategic initiatives in the supply chain area for the PMO. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Service Agreement Management: Partner with schedulers, cost controllers, and project managers to manage master service agreements for the purchase of goods and services. This includes vendor interface, negotiations, legal integration, and executing the approval process for contracts on a daily basis.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage equipment logistics coordination and execution with project managers and internal 3PT team.

  • Sourcing Programs: Implement various corporate and group sourcing programs to support the achievement of cost reduction goals.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop moderately complex reporting tools to analyze supplier spend and procurement metrics. Conduct detailed analysis of supplier spend and other key procurement metrics.

  • Field Communications & Training: Support field communications and provide training for all related supply chain programs.

  • Procurement Scorecard: Facilitate the procurement scorecard process for initiatives such as DEI spend, supplier count reduction, contract compliance, and cost reduction.

  • RFI/RFQ Process: Facilitate the RFI/RFQ process for project equipment and services.

  • Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate suppliers by analyzing prices, shipping speeds, product quality, and vetting potential candidates.

  • KPI Management: Establish and manage a supply chain KPI process and generate reports on cost analysis, vendor SLAs, compliance, and other KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in supply chain management or a related field.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strategic Sourcing

    • Logistics and Warehouse Management

    • Contracts Review and Management

    • Financial/Data Analysis

    • Advanced MS Excel Skills

    • Experience with software platforms such as Coupa and Procore

Work Environment:
This position will be based in an office setting, with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) based on manager discretion.

 



Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
