LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Estimator for our clients Special Projects Division. Must handle a variety of projects including plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC. We’re looking for a Mechanical Estimator who can hit the ground running and contribute to our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create estimates from start to finish using an Estimation software.
• Gather bid documents for potential projects and obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend walk-throughs and pre-bid inspections to assess site conditions and infrastructure access.
• Prepare bid documents and maintain an organized electronic filing system for estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, collaborating with project managers to manage costs and adapt to changes during construction.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Experience walking job sites and estimating material needs, including the quantity of piping required.
• Proficiency in Trimble Estimation software is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with multiple project managers in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
