Job Overview
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children. You will collaborate with educators and families to develop strategies that empower students to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' goals.
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
  • Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate strategies into the learning environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for students.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current New York SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). WILL COSNDIER CF'S
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
