Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, and achieving sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained, consistently monitoring product availability and freshness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-casual or quick-service dining environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements, inventory, and cost control.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
