AR Accountant

Our manufacturing client is hiring an AR Staff Accountant to join their team. The AR Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, collections, and reconciliations. This role is key in supporting the cash flow of the manufacturing business and maintaining healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be highly organized, and have experience in a manufacturing environment. • Previous experience in manufacturing industry

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge in Billing practices

• Skilled in Cash Applications

• Experienced in Cash Collections

• Familiar with Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks software

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
