Job SummaryThe Process Technician will engage in various activities focused on finance and controlling processes. This position requires the use of several systems, including IBM and Microsoft Office, to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Scan and index Client documents accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers by efficiently executing transactional processes.
  • Plan and define outcomes, implement solutions, and identify any necessary changes.
  • Ensure adherence to all Client policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
  • Interact with multiple levels within the organization, including Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and Commercial and Operational Management teams.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to accomplish tasks and resolve errors.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-training skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, dependable attitude.
  • Experience with IBM systems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Scanning Solution and other Client's systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or process-oriented role.
