Job Details



Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for monthly inventory and cost of goods sold.
  • Support financial operations related to inventory costing, standard cost valuations, and supply chain purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to align financial activities with operational strategies.
  • Serve as a primary finance resource for year-end physical inventory processes.
  • Contribute to timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Finance in FP&A activities, including strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Partner with the Controller on inventory close, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and audit preparation.
  • Provide support for the order-to-cash process, including customer setup, sales ordering, shipping, PO analysis, and accounts receivable management.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and workflow optimization initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software; experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
