Job Description:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis that may lead to a full-time position here long-term. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send out invoices to members and clients.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with members.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.

  • Generate financial reports related to billing and collections.

  • Communicate effectively with members regarding their accounts.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in billing and collections, preferably within a service based organization. 

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
