Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis that may lead to a full-time position here long-term. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send out invoices to members and clients.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
Generate financial reports related to billing and collections.
Communicate effectively with members regarding their accounts.
Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in billing and collections, preferably within a service based organization.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
