Open Shifts:
- 2nd Shift Hours: 2:30pm – 10:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
- 3rd Shift Hours: 10:30pm – 6:30am (Sunday – Friday)
Starting Pay:
- $21.35/per hour (paid weekly)
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Northfield, Minnesota.
Job DescriptionOur client is seeking to add multiple machine operators to the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Sets up and operates various machines in Laminations.
- These are large roll machines that put the material through various adhesive chemicals to provide strength
- Loads and unloads rolls of material from machines as required by the job
- Performs routine visual checks on work in process.
- Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment as needed
- Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing, temperature and related variables as needed to meet specifications
- Adds solvents and other chemicals to processing equipment as specification or work order indicates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ months of manufacturing, production, fast-food, warehouse, or experience. (Manufacturing is most desired)
- Must be ok with overtime listed in "work environment" on all shifts
- Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $21.35
