Hours: Full-Time

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Proven ability to create and implement behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with children in school or therapeutic settings (preferred)

Soliant is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Tuscola, IL. In this role, you will work closely with educators and families to provide expert behavioral support and positively impact the lives of students.

• Behavior Intervention: Develop and monitor individualized behavior plans to meet student needs.
• Assessment & Data Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to track progress and guide interventions.
• Collaboration: Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Training & Development: Provide training to staff and families on effective behavior management techniques.
• Support & Empowerment: Foster positive behaviors and academic growth using evidence-based practices.
