Janitor/Maintenance Worker - $20-$35/hr DOE

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Janitor/Maintenance Worker for our real estate client to start immediately at $20-$35/hr DOE Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire 

Responsibilities: 

Our Real Estate client is searching for a full time janitor/maintenance worker to do local travel in New Lenox, Orland Park, Mokena, Tinley Park, Lockport and Lemont, IL to do minor repairs on their properties: Duties include:

• Painting
• Changing Lightbulbs
• Cleaning of the property
• Using hand tools for minor projects
• Coordinating with contractors to schedule more major projects
• Other duties as necessary

Location: Mokena, IL

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a janitor/maintenance worker is preferred
• Experience using hand tools is a requirement
• Good communication skills are necessary
• Highly organized
• Able to travel to different properties with your own vehicle (mileage is provided)
