Intake Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: 100% Onsite in OKC

Pay: $15+ per hour


Job Summary:

Assist with evaluating home repair applications while maintaining strict confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and record home repair applications.
  2. Verify eligibility by checking income guidelines.
  3. Enter client information into the Emergency Home Repair tracking system.
  4. Schedule and track maintenance.
  5. Set up and maintain home repair files.
  6. Assist clients as directed.
  7. Log purchase orders and track funds used monthly.
  8. Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  9. Perform additional tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 4+ years of office management experience (education may substitute experience).
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy.
