Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst-(Contract position)
Hours: Full time, onsite
Location: Near Fort Myers, Florida
Dates: ASAP- 5/29/2025
Pay Range: Hourly pensation ranges for our Board Certified Behavior Analyst from $50 to $65an hour. pensation will depend on state and location, years of experience, and level of education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral Assessment:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors in middle school students.
    • Analyze assessment data to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Intervention Implementation:

    • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention strategies to support students with autism, emotional disabilities, and other behavioral concerns.
    • Train and collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior interventions across settings.

  • Collaboration and Consultation:

    • Work closely with special education teachers, general education teachers, and other staff to integrate behavior strategies into the classroom environment.
    • Provide consultation to parents and school staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.

  • Progress Monitoring:

    • Collect and analyze data on student behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
    • Adjust intervention plans as necessary based on data and student progress.

  • pliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure interventions are aligned with IEP goals and ply with state and federal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavior plans, assessments, and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: Experience working with middle school students, preferably with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, data collection, and collaboration with school teams.
