Schedule: Full-time, 32-35 hours per week
Caseload: Serving 10 students across multiple campuses

Job Description: Join our educational team as a BCBA/Behavior Specialist near Bee Cave, TX, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position involves 32-35 hours per week of onsite work, providing behavioral support and consultation to students across multiple campuses. The BCBA/Behavior Specialist will be based in the central office and travel to campuses to support approximately 10 students. The candidate must hold an active BCBA License/Certification in Texas or have completed masters level coursework in behavior analysis/ABA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform FBAs and develop BIPs to address the individual behavioral needs of students.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and administration to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide direct services and consultation across various campuses.
  • Offer training and guidance to school personnel on best practices for behavior management.
  • Track and report on student progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet student goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and district policies regarding behavioral services.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA License/Certification in Texas or a masters degree in behavior analysis/ABA.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Willingness to travel between campuses and manage a diverse caseload.
