Job Description:

  • Provide individual and group counseling addressing academic, personal, social, emotional, and mental health concerns.
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and inform intervention strategies.
  • Develop and implement school counseling programs supporting academic achievement, personal development, career exploration, and mental health awareness.
  • Collaborate with staff and families to create a supportive school environment.
  • Deliver classroom lessons on various topics including study skills, career exploration, and mental health.
  • Offer crisis intervention and referrals to external resources when needed.
  • Maintain confidential records and stay updated on best practices through professional development.
  • Advocate for students' well-being within the school community and beyond.
