Position Type:Full-Time (35-40 hrs/wk)

Hourly Pay:$18-23/hr

Caseload:Multiple Openings K-12th Grade (1:1 and Group Support)

Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SchoolParaprofessional to join our team in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and students to support learning and development, ensuring a positive and effective classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Support students with diverse learning needs, including special education and English language learners.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers.
• Assist with classroom management and organization.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
