Job Description

Set up and operate a manual lathe. Regularly inspect tools and equipment to produce precision parts. Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to the shop foreman. Responsible for ensuring your measuring equipment is accurate by using the standard in the inspection room. Other duties as assigned.

• Ensure measuring equipment is accurate by using the standard in the inspection room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience with manual lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of CNC operations.
• Proficiency in using a lathe.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with manual mills is also acceptable.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is smaller and climate-controlled. The position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Butler, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00
