Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is part of a government municipality looking for a HR Receptionist.
This position is in Brookhaven, GA onsite.
This role is a contract position 4–6-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
• Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office
• Answering and making phone calls: Answering and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages for staff
• Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and appointments for employees or clients
• Maintaining records: Keeping office records up to date, filing documents, and maintaining appointment calendars
• Managing supplies: Keeping track of office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies, and distributing supplies
• Handling correspondence: Handling office correspondence, including emails and general queries
• Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and safe, and ensuring it's manned at all times
• Administrative task including filing documents, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing records
• Provide HR process support which may include; scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing process-related guidance and information to employees
• Supports human resources processes
