Location: Clay, WV
Contract Type: Full-Time, School-Based

Job Description

Soliant is searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Clay, WV. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work with students of all ages to support their munication and language development. Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to students with speech, language, and munication challenges.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) (SLP role).
  • Assist in therapy sessions as per the SLPs guidance (SLPA role).
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and report outes.
  • Adapt therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements
  • SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid West Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).
  • SLPA: Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, valid WV SLPA license (or eligibility).
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
