You will ensure that our mobile solutions meet the evolving needs of users and clients while staying ahead of industry trends.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full mobile product lifecycle from ideation through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market that delight customers and meet business goals.
  • Own and refine the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and client requirements. Define and prioritize features, ensuring the roadmap is comprehensive and adaptable to changing business and user needs.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the product expert and ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
  • Lead user research, competitive analysis, and market research efforts to guide product improvements. Leverage user feedback, data analytics, and market trends to prioritize features and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee product testing and quality assurance to ensure that products meet the highest standards before launch. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and address issues, ensuring smooth product rollouts.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics. Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experiences, improve engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Champion the product within the organization and with external partners. Advocate for the product’s vision and benefits, ensuring buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation and continuously evolve the product strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in mobile app development, with a strong focus on retail, sales, or marketing-related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle and leading successful mobile product launches.
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile app development, including experience with frameworks like Ionic, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or equivalent technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Expert-level project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools to drive decisions and iterate on product features.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master or similar certifications are a plus.
