Position Overview

As a Travel Inpatient Pharmacist, you'll collaborate with dynamic healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role offers the unique opportunity to expand your professional expertise while exploring the scenic beauty of Vermont.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy.
  • Prepare and dispense medications following established protocols.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide drug information and support to medical staff.
  • Engage in clinical activities, including medication reconciliation and patient counseling.

Assignment Details

  • Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications

  • Active and clear Vermont Pharmacist license.
  • Proficiency with IV admixtures and unit dosing.
  • Prior experience in inpatient pharmacy settings.
