Schools - Paraprofessional

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Paraprofessional to join our team in Londonderry. the ideal candidate will be committed to supporting the academic and emotional needs of students, assisting teachers, and contributing to a positive and productive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and support individual students or small groups
• Implement and reinforce lesson plans as directed by the teacher.
• Provide support with classroom management and maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs), as required.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
