Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location: Rossville, IL
Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Rossville, IL area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify behaviors and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Oversee and train RBTs and other staff in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
  • Directly work with clients to implement interventions and monitor their progress.
  • Work with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Certified with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Behavior Analyst Endorsement
  • Maintain credentialing and adherence to the BACB's ethical guidelines and completing ongoing continuing education to maintain certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
