Location:  Moses Lake, WA
Shift Options:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday (4x10)
  • Shift Type: AM
  • Start Date: January 6, 2024
  • Duration: 40 Hours/Week

Pay Package:

  • Hourly Rate: $36.35/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $54.53/hr
  • Per Diem: $1,246
  • Weekly Gross: $2,700

Certifications Required:

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Rad Tech CT: Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
  • Registered: ARRT RT(R)(CT)
  • Orientation: Complete Samaritan's appropriate CT modality orientation
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting preferred

CT Tech Job Duties:

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging scans on patients using computed tomography (CT) equipment. Your duties will include preparing patients for CT procedures, operating imaging equipment, ensuring proper positioning, and maintaining patient safety throughout the process. You will work closely with radiologists to help diagnose medical conditions by producing detailed images for examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans as per physician orders
  • Position patients properly to capture the necessary images
  • Explain procedures to patients and ensure they are comfortable
  • Monitor patient’s well-being during the scan process
  • Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation

Your role will be critical in providing the diagnostic images needed for proper medical care. As a CT Tech, you will contribute directly to patient care and the healthcare team’s success in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
