New Concept that is Redefining the Guest Experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative General Manager with high-volume experience to lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational success. As General Manager, youll collaborate with the Executive Chef to oversee restaurant operations, achieve business objectives, and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards in food, beverage, and service quality. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to set operational direction and develop growth strategies. Uphold and implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Guest Experience: Promote teamwork and ensure all guests receive exceptional and consistent service. Address guest feedback promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with The Hampton Socials brand.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled management team and staff. Promote teamwork among staff members, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Foster professional growth by developing managerial and leadership skills within the team.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial responsibilities, including P&L reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Optimize labor and product costs to achieve operational goals. Implement cash handling and financial reconciliation procedures.
- New Restaurant Opening: Lead efforts for the successful opening of this new Dallas location. Ensure smooth execution of all opening activities, from team onboarding to operational readiness.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, including high-volume operations.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, planning, and cost control.
- Background in new restaurant openings and operational setup.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
