About Us:
We are currently seeking a qualified Multi Modality Imaging Technician to join our team in Wauwatosa, WI.
Position Overview:
As a Multi Modality Imaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for operating various imaging equipment, performing diagnostic imaging procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures using MRI, CT, X-ray, and other modalities.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of imaging results, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain imaging equipment and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information and imaging results in electronic health records.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an imaging technician in a clinical setting.
- Proficient in operating multi-modality imaging equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
