In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service, managing phone communications, and coordinating schedules. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance to patients
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
• Deliver superior customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient management of clinical schedules
• Assist visitors, providing information and guidance as required• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and accurately
• Ability to assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to appropriate departments
• Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
• Experience in coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth operation of all daily appointments and meetings
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems would be advantageous
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
