A boutique family law firm in Atlanta is looking for an Associate Attorney. The Firm represenThe Firm represents in divorce, legal separation, custody, contempt, modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and other domestic law matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Effective communication with clients throughout the case

· Perform research, draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs

· Conduct discovery

· Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

· Attend and/or direct mediations and depositions

· Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have family law experience and a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience working in a family law firm environment with direct client contact. Candidates with experience working within the family law court system will also be considered. Experience in high-asset cases is a plus.

Additional qualifications include:

· Excellent writing ability

· Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role

· Ability to work with other attorneys in the top of their field

· Ability to manage your own cases
