Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled School Social Worker to join a weling school district near Overland Park, KS. This role is an excellent opportunity to support students social and emotional well-being in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop personalized support plans.
  • Serve as a resource for students experiencing personal or academic challenges and help connect them with munity resources as needed.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations to address students' unique needs and contribute to a supportive school environment.
  • Offer crisis intervention and facilitate small group discussions to enhance students' social skills and emotional resilience.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Valid Kansas licensure as a School Social Worker.
  • Experience in a school or youth-centered setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: Up to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional pensation: Opportunities for increased pay with additional certifications or relevant experience.
  • Bilingual Incentive: Extra pay consideration for bilingual candidates.
