Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician/Mechanic with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling electrical issues up to 480v 3-phase, as well as mechanical repairs, including working with dryer machines, pumps, pneumatics, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase, including pulling wires, running conduit, rewiring motors, VFDs, and addressing tripped fuses.
  • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on dryer machines, pumps, pneumatics, frequency drives, steam boilers, gearboxes, and more.
  • Engage in stick and MIG welding and fabricating tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Participate in project work such as rewiring facility lights, building maintenance, preventive maintenance on equipment, and forklift repair when there are no immediate machinery issues.

Work Environment

The available position is on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, averaging 40-45 hours per week. Initial training will be on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM for the first three months. A shift differential of $0.25 for the 2nd shift is provided.
